Mabel is a practising solicitor in Hong Kong and is regularly involved in various types of commercial transactions. She focuses on legal consultancy services, advising on business structures and corporate matters, negotiating and drafting commercial documents.
Prior to setting up her own law firm, Mabel worked for a renowned global law firm for more than 18 years and handled a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, real estate developments, franchises, and hospitality-related transactions for clients in Hong Kong and the region. Her clients included top real estate developers, multinational funds, governmental organisations and statutory bodies, hospitals, and electronic payment operators.
Mabel graduated from King’s College London with First Class Honours and holds a PCLL from the University of Hong Kong.
